IVA Materials Distribution - 3rd Trimester

3rd Trimester Materials Pick-Up Logistics

Distribution times: (by last name):

• 11:00am-11:30am = A-D  
• 11:30am-12:00pm = E-H
• 12:00pm-12:30pm = I-L
• 12:30pm-1:00pm   = M-P
• 2:00pm-2:30pm     = Q-T
• 2:30pm-3:00pm     = U-Z

We ask that you arrive to campus at the time indicated above with a notecard that clearly states your student(s) first & last name(s) and grade level(s). 

Distribution location: Outside of our Multipurpose Room (MPR), closest to the front office

Safety Protocol/Procedures: While on campus we request that you wear a cloth face covering and remain physically distanced while waiting for your students materials to be distributed.    

Library Books

If you still have outstanding library books that need to be returned, you are able to bring them with you and drop them off at the MPR when picking up your new materials.  There will be a bin located outside of the MPR in which you can depost them safely.  To determine whether you have library books checked out to your student(s) please reference this document:
